Toih Moncur - President /Trustee (co-founder)

Toih Moncur is a graduate of St. Patricks's High School in Elizabeth, NJ. He later attended trade school in Newark and received a certificate in Computerized Accounting. Toih is also a graduate of Weichert Real Estate School and a licensed real estate agent in the State of New Jersey.

Toih has worked as an Account Analyst for such top companies as Prudential Insurance, Wakefern Corporation and Information Stratefies Group. He worked for Old Navy for ten years where he served as a supervisor and financial auditor.

Toih has served as a volunteer for various outreach programs with the Church of God and Saints of Christ and other non profit organizations based in Newark, including a jail ministry, homelessshelter, center for troubled youth and an nursing facility. Toih has regularly participated in American Cancer Society and AIDS Walk Activities. Currently he is Chairman and President of the House of Love Soup Kitchen.

Fred Jenkins - Secretary/Trustee

Fred Jenkins has retired from his position as Director of Diversity Management for Verizon Communications Telecom and Business Organization. In this role, Jenkins was responsible for developing and executing the global diversity strategy and programs that enabled Verizon to leverage its most valuable resource - its employees - by cultivating an inclusive, customer focused, results driven culture that effectively utilized the diverse skills, talents and experiences of all employees,

A strategic turnaround specialist, Jenkins has over 28 years of experience at strategic planning, human resources and diversity management, team building including executive communications; and regularly conducts leadership, team building and strategic alliances workshops, local churches and non-profit organizations,

He also serves as a board member of the Michael D. Jones, Jr. Foundation, an organization that provides academic scholarships to gifted students as well as the House of Love Soup Kitchen which provides meals to those in need of a helping hand.
